This game is designed for short sessions. There will be times with less to do, and that's completely normal. Take it easy.
Your first objectives : - Build a food source (Farm or Fishing Port) - Upgrade your Town Center to level 2 when you reach 200 stone to unlock new content - Find wood sources - Expand with more buildings and keep upgrading your Town Center
Take your time, read, and don't hesitate to ask questions in the chat if something is unclear.
Place your units on your side of the battleground, then start the fight. They will fight automatically following the rules of their role.
How combat works : - Units move towards the enemy when they have nothing else to do - Units spread their actions on all available targets depending on their targeting type
Corridors : - A corridor is conquered when one of your units reaches the far end - At 3 conquered corridors, the fight is won — an alternative to killing every enemy - A unit that reaches the end comes back as flanking (yellow border) with a bonus power multiplier
Administrative Pressure, the icon -above your experience bar- represents the total of your building administration cost over your current capacity. A building administrative cost depends on where it is built (inside or outside of your domain) and its type. It's displayed in this AC badge on a building details.
Going over your capacity will apply maluses -depending on the ratio- to your experience gain, production and consumption. You can improve your capacity by upgrading your Town Center, and later through heritage. Keep an eye on it.
At level 5, if you have Wells of the Deep, they unlock their second specialization row. Have a look at it, it can help getting that rare ore everyone is talking about !
At level 10, most of your production buildings will unlock their first specialization. Have a look at it, it can double your production !
Your Town Center now has access to its specialization. These are strong multipliers that affect all of your other buildings.
Your fight buildings also have their specializations unlocked.
Shards are a special currency earned through the Underworld. (rewarded for completing the weekly challenge or manual underworld sessions with a Town Center upgraded at level 4+)
You can spend them in two ways : - Terraforming : change the terrain type of tiles in your domain. Look for the new tab on your owned tiles. - Events : trigger planet-wide events from the event list. Look for the + button near the planet events.
